The one I got is only 8MB. I wonder what if any real fixes or changes they put in this one? My phone has had no issues after the last one I got off XDA thanks to PVille. I use my phone a ton and get 2 days on a battery and it flies. I'd think about installing the rooted version of the update but want to know what is changed.
The forum is overloaded with noob questions. They've been answered over and over, yet people keep asking. Make sure you WIPE EVERYTHING that is stated in the original post. Including boot and system in mounts and storage. He says it's a pretty substantial update. I'm running it currently. It's fast, it's not glitchy, and the space warning seems to be fixed......so far. I'm looking forward to other Devs using it as their base to fix some of the little bugs that have been with it.
Again, be sure to thank wildstang for his work on this and follow the instructions.
I tried to install it tonight and was stuck at the white HTC Incredible screen for 25 minutes. I restored back to the backup I made right before installing it so I am up but would love to get this installed successfully.

Try it again, but wipe EVERYTHING. Read the OP and follow ALL the directions. Stang says it's a major update so even boot and system under Mounts and storage need to be wiped. The thread is full of people who got stuck on the boot screen. Following the all the directions on what to wipe in the first post of the xda thread will work. I have it working fine. And wildstang also added zips for all kinds of mods we typically use.
So I bit the bullett and did it. Following the directions worked like a charm. I will have to finish tweaking as I am not sure I got to do all of them. Pretty much the same as the last update. I found 1 little but annoying issue. If I read my e-mails in Outlook it updates them in the mail app but the number of new messages doesn't update on the home screen.
