Some initial thoughts are that the notification shade is smoother instead of snappier that some like.

And that the icons in folders has 3 columns instead of 4.

One person says wireless charging seems to have been negatively impacted in that the phone switches from normal to fast charging intermittently.

Others love the subtle changes and enhancements.

It's out and rolling now for unlocked versions

Generally there are subtle changes but overall it seems bug free, the only thing being the need to plug in the USB-C headphones (or plug into your PC) to get to the boot menu, but that's no real issue.
The first thing I noticed was the fingerprint sensor seemed more snappy, all in all trouble free.

I'm preferring the device care menus.

The fingerprint sensor seems improved. ( fingerprint icon changed but my wife's A70 animation is cooler)

It's early, but the battery seems improved.

Not keen on the volume menu shifting to the rhs vertically. Plus no volume on the first pull down on the shade anymore.

Overall I'm liking it. Still loving OneUI.
