120hz and Amazon Prime

So tried watching some Amazon Prime and the videos would not work, a error box showed up and it said restart the device and that may resolve the issues. I restarted and nothing changed. I switched from 120hz to 60hz and it worked perfectly. Not sure if this has been reported before but I thought it was weird.

That is strange, Mine plays Amazon prime videos just fine on 120Hz. Try clearing cache on the prime video app and see if that works.

I will attempt with just streaming and not saving videos to device. I'm curious if you have to save videos to the max quality setting for download or it doesn't play well with 120hz. I'll try and see if that does anything as well.

I've only tried streaming so far. Glad to see it appears to be working now for you.
