Yes I know high end soc use 14nm...but this is the first to come to the s6xx lineup, Afaik.
Even though the s625 is still octa a53, dropping from 28nm to 14nm should yield a significant increase in efficiency, meaning better battery life and less over heating issues like on the Moto g4 with the s617
