$150 credit says i dont qualify?

Sprint had a promotion up that said up to 150 credit if you preorder a note 20 ultra and now i see nothing on the website and i was denied by samsung. Anyone else ?

When you open the samsung shop app from the new phone. There should be a link to check eligibility

I don't see anywhere on the app to do that. I just got my 2 ultras today and was promised 200 dollars a piece.

Here in Ireland you can't put in the claim until AFTER the official release date 21st August.

I uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. I chatted with Samsung, and the rep told me that I will get an email after the return period to redeem the $150n and I will have to wait 28 days for the Spotify and YouTube offers.

This is a bunch of crap. Other people were able to apply their $150 at the time of ordering on accessories...

Its usually 24 to 48 hours. They tell you that its longer so you won't call them back.
