$150 credit says i dont qualify?

Not sure why some of you are being told 4 weeks. I submitted my claim thru the Shop Samsung app and it said I was approved within a minute or so. The next day I went into the app and I believe I had a message in My Inbox > Notifications there was a message about my credit was delivered. I believe I then clicked on shopping, selected the buds, it showed my total was $20 (they are $170) and then I checked out. I did this on the 25th and they showed up today. I don't think it will make a difference by my pre-order was thru T-Mobile on 8-20 (last day of the offer).

I pre-ordered through Verizon and just signed up on Samsung site for the credit got approved immediately still have wait for the code to be sent it did say 4-6 weeks as well. Hopefully, it won't be that long.

Soooo.. I went and purchsed my Note 20 Ultra on this morning as my preorder attempt through Verizon failed on 8/19 due to my particular model going on backorder.
I did however submit my information through the Samsung Shop app from my Note and inserted a preorder purchase date of 8/19 though I actually purchased on today's date, which processed and went to Approved status immediately....

Seriously? Did they make you submit a receipt?first it says my phone qualified. Then they made me open a business account. Then they made me fill out more details and submit a receipt....I also didn't pre order.
