1800 mah batteries from ebay?

For $7.88 on ebay what could be the harm. I don't mind the battery in the HTC but for that price the extra boost may be worth it. Obviously shipping looks like it takes forever but maybe by then the battery will be "worse" and the new one will have a better feel. Who knows.

Update on the Galilio 7.88 battery. Been using it with an external wall charger and i was able to squeeze out 39:49 hrs of standby time with it and 5:31hrs of up time with stock froyo 2.2. going to try a discharge cycle after using the stand alone wall charger and see what mah i can get out of it.

Edit: looks like its getting about 1569mah.

I was thinking about getting this battery and here is my logic; You guys are saying that the 1800mah battery is only getting a maximum of 1569mah. This battery is advertising 1600mah. If this battery gets what it says it can get, that would be higher than the 1569....What do you think?

I just got my 1800 mah battery yesterday. I charged it up and tested it out this morning. All I can say is that is OEM battery is way better. Seriously, not even a joke.

So I'm recharging tonight and giving it another shot tomorrow.

Do give it a few days before you judge it. All Li-ion batteries require a little bit of breaking in before you realize its full potential.
