I have all the files downloaded for the 2.1 upgrade. When I plug in my USB cable, I am getting an error that it's not reading it. Any assistance will be much appreciated!!!! Thanks..

Try rebooting your phone while the phone is plugged in via usb cable. The drivers should download automatically

I did see where I might need to delete the current USB driver and download another one. I have no idea on how to check or download another one. I am very new to all this technology...
