2.2 Market Showing Up

Found the 2.2 Market showing up in xda... Installed (dropped on sd card and installed via file manager). Runs smooth... I like it.

Whats new in 2.2 market besides auto updating?

I got excited about auto updating until I realized that I won't know what the new updates are!

they split off the comments and app information into tabs

the search is MUCH MUCH better.

I'm really liking it so far... although I get alot of network errors.

Its nice that the comments are in another tab so I can't see them as 4.9 out of 5 people are idiots in my opinion

Has anyone had the market update without loading the .apk yourself? It's supposed to be a silent update, but I haven't received it yet, and can't get it to force the update either. Anyone having any luck with this?

I had to reboot my phone. After that, I went to the market and the new version was there.

I have not received the update yet. I do like the separate tab for comments since I had that on the D1. Not sure if I will wait or just load this one. Thanks for the option!

I installed this new Market. I love auto update but I had to remove it since it constantly had the install/download hang issue.
