2 days old lg flex screen problem

After only 2 days of a brand new lg flex 2 my screen turned as per picture I don't know why and how to fix it as I bought the phone from abroad can any one help me please to fix it is it a hardeware problem or software , I will try to send it back but I would like to take a chance to fix if possible please help [BOX][/BOX]

Did you buy this new or was it used? This looks like a hardware issue

I bought it brand sealed new after only two days of normal use and downloading only from the google store apps this happened and I have no clue of reason

Does it have a warranty maybe? I would contact LG

The same thing happened to mine a few days after I got mine from sprint. All I did was turn it off, take the battery out, and wait like 30 minutes. Put the battery in and turn it on. I hope this helps.

Flex 2 can take battery out? That's new to me i tought it had non- removeable battery

You can not take battery off , how did you do a tecntion work by your self?

Maybe try to do a factory reset and start all over again. I have never heard of this problem before, so I hope this helps. Settings>Backup & Reset>Factory Data Reset.
