2 issues with android 12 so far

My wallpaper is not scrolling correctly. And my Google messages bubbles cannot be dragged to dissappear. When I drag down to the X to eliminate, they just pop right back up. Anyone else having these, or any other issues?

Yes I am having the same issue with the bubbles. I just updated and they will disappear but it takes longer and I don't remember the X being there before but it has to be in an exact spot I think to work I don't know but I don't like it.

My friend is claiming ever since I updated when I message her and it's in her notifications she swipes it away and it comes back and she thinks it's happening cause of my update. I said no I think it's your phone. But she said it didn't happen before and it's just after I updated. That's Weird!
