I have had my phone for 2 weeks now and before i take it in to be looked at I wanted to see if anyone here knew the fixes.

1. My alarm "notification" on the notification bar is non-existent 99% of the time. It flickers on and off. Not a big deal but when its new I want it working.

2. I, along with everyone else, have 4G issues; however, mine is especially bad while charging. Every night while my phone charges, the service is gone. Almost like its on a sleep timer. Every morning when I wake up I have to restart my phone to get service.

Any thoughts?? Is this normal?
