it should unless he removed it. i have one right beside me and it does. some had defects where the home button cut out was off a little.

Yes it appears to have been removed, as there is no sign of it. I got it this way, BUT the case is otherwise in GREAT shape. And I did find the commuter screen protector from the black commuter that I am keeping, and I will include that for the person buying the Defender, so you WILL have screen protection. My note already has one installed.


EDIT: So basically you will get the same kit you see pictured with the white commuter.

Ok gotcha...if thats the case then ill prob just stick with my commuter case then as I already have a screen protector on my Note....
