2 parter.."Themes" and "text msg layout"

Before the S3, I had an EVO for 2 months, before that, It was a palm pre.
So the android thing is still new to me.
On the EVO, you had the option to save a theme, and then start a new one.
For instance, you could set up all 7 home screens, save them, then do it again, changing the layout, including wallpapers and widgets etc..
Was that an EVO thing? Can it be done on the S3?
I'm a very moody individual, and would like some more flexibility, lol

I'm not liking the text message layout for some reason.
Not really sure why, but I would like to change the look and feel.
Is there a way, via an app or something?
I'm not rooted, and would rather not try.

For your text messaging question, Try either Handcent or GO SMS Pro. Both are free downloads in the Google Play store. Both apps offer an array of options.
