I was wondering where i could buy a cheap one thats real not fake. I have an s4.

Cheap usually means counterfeit, so I'd say nowhere. (If you buy it through Amazon, or at your local brick and mortar store, and SD Insight says it's fake [it's not 200GB, or the manufacture date is earlier than about November, 2015, you can return it. If you buy it on eBay you're taking your chances.)

BTW, there are 256GB cards out already.

Do many devices support these large SD cards? Seems like I often see a maximum size of 128G.
