2018 Z3 Force wishlist

While I try to resist temptation from a possible Black Friday deal for the Z2 Force I thought I'd post a wishlist for the 2018 version.

1. Form factor. Reduce bottom and top bevels to increase screen size to 5.7". I don't know if that's possible keeping the necessary form factor for the mods.
2. Real water resistance rating. Not sure if possible with Moto mods.
3. Camera needs to be truly flagship status.
4. Obviously spec improvements SD 845 and at least 6 GB RAM for all variants.
5. Continued improvements to screen Shattershield. Needs to be readily available, easier to replace, and cheaper to replace.
6. Slightly bigger battery to around 3000 at least.
7. A nice wrinkle or feature or two added to the otherwise pretty clean OS.

A separate media speaker for all notifications, ring tones, music, etc.

Great points, OP! I'd really love to see a bigger battery. I understand that there are great Moto mods designed for that; but having at least 3000 mAh would be awesome! A better camera would also be nice, but it is honestly not a dealbreaker for me.

I agree, but it won't happen. They really missed a chance with not bringing out a killer camera mod because the Hasselblad mod is good for the 10X optical zoom but otherwise doesn't take as good photos as the native camera which shouldn't be the case.

I wish Moto would put at least a 3500 mAh battery in the next Moto Z Force.

I agree, but the 835 chip is efficient and the 845 presumably more so. But at least get it back to 3200 or so.

Yup, the 835 is supposed to be awesome. Really interested in seeing how the 845 holds up. 2018 will be an even bigger year for phones!

better camera, headphone jack and bigger battery. the z2 force is a very good phone. the battery life is great but the camera is the only thing holding it back from true greatness.

I agree that the Z2 Force is a great phone. Bigger camera and bigger battery would make its next iteration great.
