2024 plus Razr

I was disappointed that the razr plus 2024 doesn't have AOD on the main screen when locked. You have to tap or nudge the device to see clock and notifications. But thankfully the outer display does support a true AOD.
It's in settings>external display>sleep display

Yes but I'm taking about a true Always on display. One where you don't have to tap or nudge it to turn on. AOD means its always on. And I'm talking about the inner main display, not the external screen.

The whole point of a foldable is to fold it. If you are going to leave it open the. Get a normal candy bar style phone.

Yeah i said I was glad the external display has AOD. So not a deal breaker by any means. But I still like to have the phone open when on a desk stand . The z flips have a AOD when the phone is open. So I just got used to that.

I'm sure they do this to not only protect burn in on the inner screen but save battery too. But probably more the screen burn in than anything
