tick tock tick tock...you make me feel better about how much I am anticipating this announcement. Just hoping 1) the phone lives up to the hype and is better than the HTC One X 2) is released in the USA sometime this month...
I hate the fact that a new and possibly long countdown begins again tomorrow with regards to actually getting the device.
If it's a letdown I might end up with the HTC One X on Sunday so I guess that's a consolation...even though the 16GB on that damn thing really pisses me off!

Yep I have the exact same feelings, I think they have learned from the past not to have a 4 month wait after an announcement.
Seeing how there apparently already is a Verizon version of it surfing the web, chances are that we'll get it in this country much sooner than 4 months down the road. If the wait really is that long, then I might just opt for the Evo 4g LTE, after all, it's basically a not quite so good looking but more feature rich version of the One X. If it really does that 4 more months, I would expect that version to have a processor other than the S4 in it, hopefully a Exynos 5250, because they just can't sell that phone that late in the game with hardware that was introduced on on other phones 5 months earlier.

I think Verizon might get this first. Considering how many leaks have more or less confirmed its release on their network, and no leaks for the rest.
Not to mention that the other Big 3 got versions of the HTC One series....maybe

Nope. He hasn't responded to me in quite a while. Last thing he told me was to just calm down and wait till May 3rd and that I'll be pleasantly surprised. I'm as antsy as you are.
Hope Verizon won't be the exclusive partner, I can't see Samsung limiting itself to one carrier for the phone that everyone has been talking about. If that is the case, Evo 4G LTE, here I come.

I am going to guess he used a Galaxy Note since he did a thing about how he covers events like this using a Note.
