25W gives 4.4A?

So i was charging my phone and Ampere shows 4.4A...and 4.1V...is this normal?

That looks right to me. That equates to just over 18W, and you maxed out just over 20W (4.99A). Are you concerned about that?

Im concerned because i have never had a Samsung going past 2.5A. But if its normal then i guess it isnt a problem.

As long as the battery isn't getting hot, it shouldn't be an issue. Your battery is a little on the warm side, but it's not horrible.
