I found in ebay 2650mAh Extended Phone Battery for Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini. Does anyone know anything about this battery?

We would need the manufacturer to be able to advise on the battery. Generally, you need to be VERY careful when considering 3rd party batteries. You don't want a cheap no-name knock-off that might explode or damage your phone. Stick with reputable providers like Anker, Zero Lemon, Hyperion, and Onite. Basically, companies that back their products up with respectable warranties.
