I sure hope this is this case. I was with Alltel in a divested market area and forced onto AT&T, and it SUCKS. So it is back to big red for me being how there is not another decent option in the area. I Have been a BlackBerry user and the Torch I got for switching to AT&T is a fairly nice device, but I don't want to be stuck with what RIM is offering for BlackBerry right now for two years so I am going to switch over to the Android side of things. The Incredible 2 looks like the ideal device for me as the TB is a little bigger than what I want to be carrying around, and besides LTE for where I am at isn't slated until the end of 2012.
My upgrade is coming up very soon, and I'm seriously considering this phone.
Do you think the development community will get on board with this phone like they have for the Dinc?

I really want this phone...but with LTE being in my area by the end of this year, beginning of 2012...I don't know what to do. I've been stuck with an old LG Dare for too long.
Any suggestions gang? I feel like I should get the DInc2 and let VZW work out its LTE issues and have better phones in two years...

You might wait until the Samsung Charge hits the market and see if it has the same battery issues that the Thunder Bolt appears to have. If it does I would assume that there is some work that needs to be done with power management and LTE.

I'm sure the Dinc2 will get plenty of great developers like all other high end HTC devices do.
