2nd Account Email Pics in Gallery?

My wife and I both use our N10. She is set up as a separate user and we have the 2 dots on the home screen. When I click on gallery, the pics from her email attachments show up. She doesn't care about them being on the tablet nor do I. I can't seem to find a way to delete these pics. Can someone tell me how please?

would archiving them work? Just incase there is something she needs in the emails.

Possibly, I can only answer that deleting my emails eliminated the pictures.

I'm wondering if I can turn off sync and then just delete them from the N10. She wanted her own account, but she never uses the N10 since she got her N4.
