I took back my note 10 + and exchanged for another one because I was having an "abnormal network" error. Not sure if I'm not experiencing battery issues, I took a few screen shots for an example from the replacement phone.. I'm in the exact same places each day, home then work. I was getting 6-7hrs SOT with my last phone daily on optimized power saving. This battery life now is like my note 8 which isn't so great. I don't know if I need to take this phone back and exchange it because its defective. I've tried to give the battery tune to settle in, it's been since last Friday. I have all the same apps, actually a few less. It's a Verizon phone btw.

i thought my N10+ was bad.yours is worse.i get 5-6 hours sot MAX...btw how is the reception?as in cellular provider signal?

What store is going to exchange your phone because you sure getting 4 and 5 hours SOT? I don't see a defective phone here. 4 to 5 SOT is not bad. You have 5.5 hours and 6.5 hours even in 2 of your screen shots. Again, don't see an issue here.

Wow Chrome is a resource hog on mobile. 8% for just an 1hr and a half. I bet Samsung internet would use way less battery than that.

Yeah, I was happy with 6-7 hours SOT but less than that and I feel like the battery is giving me the same results as the smaller note 8 battery as I mentioned before. My reception is 2 bars at home but on wifi, at work it's 3 bars for about 4 hours out of the day and 4-5 bars throughout the rest of the day.

I'll try only using samsung internet today, though I prefer chrome.

@Lepa79 best buy would replace it within my two week window no question.
