I have a Palm Pre (physical keyboard) now, but before this, had an Instinct (touchscreen keyboard). I'll get used to typing on a touchscreen keyboard again. As for a 'dedicated GPU', I don't know what that means.

The only real reason i want a physical keyboard is for emulators, and a GPU is a graphics processing unit meaning it runs games smoother.

Nope I'm with Sprint for a reason and I like the Evo 4G, even if the next Droid phone will have the same screen size and a physical keyboard.

Nope

Remember, when the Droid 2 drops, the Droid 3 won't be far behind it.

As has been said many times here, if you wait till the absolute best is available you'll never get anything (read; no matter what technology will always supercede the next biggest thing)

This will be my first smartphone without a physical keyboard. Bring it On! Been with Sprint for 4 years! So happy for them that they have an awesome device coming out they people are so eager to purchase! They deserve it IMO.

Exactly as I have been saying for a while now to. The time for a single phone to be dominant for a long time is over. This isn't the middle of June in 2007 when the iPhone was regarded as the best until pretty much the 3G. The original iPhone was regarded as the best for so long because they simply had to beat Blackberry's dinosaur UI. Now with WebOS and Android that is no longer the case.
