3.2 question

So I was wondering what people thought about the 3.2 upgrade.
My Tab has been working perfect with 3.1. I have it rooted, but still running the stock rom. I have Netflix, and it works flawlessly. In other words, I personally don't see any reason why I should mess with an upgrade at this point.
I guess my question is; what does 3.2 bring that makes it worth upgrading?

I agree, I to have root and some programs I have need root, so no go.
