3.5mm Audio Jack Problem!

For the last week now I've been getting buzzing and beeping sounds on my headphones (also occurs on my other headphones, 2.1 speakers, and my 3.5mm car audio jack) These sounds intesify when I'm around electronics and I hear a beep when I turn my screen on. This is RF interference right? Whats wrong with my phone? Can I get it fixed under warranty or what? Also the sounds all go away if I only halfway plugin my headphones so that only one side gets audio, its fainter as well, but clear of noise.

Sounds like the old beats problem. Are you only getting this in the stock music player with beats enabled? Try another music player like Google Music(Play) or Poweramp. If the problem is there no matter what VZW will give you warranty replacement.

The audio problem occurs the moment my phone is powered on, even when its booting up. Yup looks like I'll be without my precious phone for a little while

So I contact verizon or HTC? I bought the phone straight up no contract.
