My note 4 seems to connect with 3 g instead of 4 g since we have it . I use Verizon. Anyone else have this problem?

Welcome back! Are you sure you're in an area with good signal? Do others with Verizon easily get 4G LTE reception?

Go to Settings>More Networks>Network Mode, and make sure it's not set to 3G only.
