3 weeks in and dead screen

Absolutely love the watch so far, but the other day my screen went dead.

Watch still vibrated when message came in and would ring when called.

Neither T-mobile nor Samsung had any idea what to do since it is first time it has happened they say.

Luckily still within the first 30 days so T-mobile is replacing free of charge, Samsung wanted me to send in in, but I would have been without it for 3 weeks.
 
My screen has died too - had it less than a week!

Did you ever manage to get a resolution from Samsung or elsewhere?
