33% Battery usage missing from battery monitor

So after a day of usage, I'm at 14% remaining, and I check under Battery Usage, and if I look at what's listed there, it only adds up to 53% So there is 33% missing. So what's going on here? See screenshot below. Which is also strange to me a bit because with older phones I had, screen was always the number 1 on the list.
