330 mb video, how to transfer??

I have a large video (330mb)that I want to transfer to my laptop. I tried emailing it but its too large, I also tried doing via USB but I believe the video is on my actual evo not my sdcard, when I plug into my laptop I cant find the video. Is it possible to transfer a video to the sdcard? if not, what are my other options? please help

If you install a file manager on your phone, such as ES File Explorer, you can move files across the phone and SD card. I'd then transfer it over USB or WiFi, but USB will most likely be faster.

The file should be in your DCIM folder on you phone/SD card. For instance, mine are located in the sdcard/DCIM/100MEDIA folder, but as my internal memory is quite small compared to that of the EVO, the phone autosaves all such files to SD.
