I'm sure we'll all be on the lookout for new and upcoming roms. I do get tired of flashing different ones everyday. But I can't complain too much cuz I'm not the Guy spending valuable time on development...for some a$$ like myself to complain. LOL!

I have not got tired of flashing roms, but i have grown tired of restoring my phone.. my list of apps in TB is growing..
i say to myself, oh i'll restore that when i need it.. and half my home screens are just blank now.. to lazy to put stuff on them. lol

Yup - RubiX 1.9 will work on .340. You just need to install the .340 patch that is posted in Drod's dev space at DF. I flashed it with the patch this morning without issue

The only thing not included is Madden, but you can get that HERE.

Tranquility 3.6.0 - Time to make your DX work for you - This is an awesome rom and is .340 compatible.

The Forum Mod, Jolly, on mydroidworld has also made several comments about an update forthcoming that will be a game changer with respect to how roms are developed. This includes the ability to switch between themes inside the rom w/o having to flash themes.

Check it out if your looking for a change, it's awesome!

edit: Just recieved a tweet from P3Droid: new toolbox includes 7 themes.....yes 7 themes, you can switch from inside the ROM, no need for recovery, just use the toolbox.

The themes included are:
Darkslide v4, RedX by NatemZ, DarkGreen by GregTard, DarkBlue by GregTard, NexTheme by Manup, Gingerbread by P3Droid & there should be one more according to his tweet.

I wanted to try Darkslide v4 rom, but the install seems to be several steps/files with a lot of patches. Looked too easy to mess something up.

Oh yeah...I'm not tired of change. Only the factory resets and all that follows. But it's an understanding. You gotta start from scratch with new ROMs. Even bricking your phone isn't much of a problem. Finding the right SBF is all you gotta do

I'm using Darkslide Blur v4 rom and in my opinion the installation is simple, actually there isn't any real difference from other roms instructions. I love the rom, the only thing I would love to see a all black dialer, other than that its all good.

i just flashed tranquility... and from me, a big thumbs down once in the market, when im attempting to re-DL my apps. the system freezes and reboots, resulting in NO DL. i did nandroid this morning before flashing. But now i cant install bootstrapper for the same reason. activate non-market apps...yes. When the install prompt comes up and i tap the button, FREEZE! WTF! i cant load into clockword either. There is also a tranquility tool box that allows you to choose if you would like to load into clockwork recovery. click ok... but it just reboots the system. Can someone help me out here...? i just wanna get into clockwork to restore my nandroid backup

im thinkin of just doin the SBF dance, but if i can recover without having to...great

I haven't really messed with darkslide, but Apex is awesome (even though I'm back on RubiX for the time being). I had a great experience with it.

EDIT: Man, these devs really spoil us. I'm going to take GummyJAR out for a spin tonight. People are saying it's lightning.

I tried tranquility yesterday. I did have an initial bad experience but after a few reboots and a 2nd data wipe...it was nice. Although when I changed launchers to LP I lost that awesome toolbox. So I reflashed my apex backup

I haven't tried Tranqulity (always read great things), but I'm torn between that and GummyJAR. I've been going from Apex 1.3 to RubiX 1.9 and back for the last week and need to make a decision here. Ha - It's hard with all the awesome work out there.
