$36 upgrade fee?

Just found out that my SR cost me $36 for one time upgrade fee. Isn't the one time upgrade fee $18?
Anybody?

I am pretty sure.We have 2 phones in the plan. Only one is eligible for a subsidized upgrade. So I only upgrade one phone.

I made a call to ATT cs and confirmed that the $36 upgrade fee is an overcharge and got refunded.

Good thing it got resolved. Makes it a good idea for any of us to check all the charges on our bills.
