360 security CANT USE MY PHONE

[AC Question]

I have a samsung s7 edge and a notification came up of 360 security and it does not let me to anything nor power off the phone to restart. How could I get to settings and fix this problem so I am able to use my phone?

Welcome to Android Central! What does the notification say? Did you install 360 Security, or was it preinstalled on the phone?
