Here's something I made using a 3D picture I took with my E3D and a little Adobe After Effects magic. I emphasize, little. Haha.

You should be able to go into the gallery, click the icon with the with the 2 arrows coming out of the circle, choose your method (gmail or email), attach the file, click the share as 3D button, and add your recipiant's email address. Voila.

As a side note, it doesn't seem that the 3D photos can be sent via MMS.
