3g/4g Booster???

Has anyone tried this? The old saying, "if looks too good, it is too good....." comes to mind here. "supposedly free..."
My intuition tells me if there was really a way to boost the 3g 4g signal, Scott or someone would have com up with it.....?

Signal boosters really do work. Great for the car or at home.

I can understand the hardware working, but this is an app from the Google Play store.....

Only way it may possible work is if its adjust the voltage for the antenna transceiver
