3g connection for moto g (gsm) causing very high temperature

Hi, the mobile is reaching to high temperature(45-50 degrees) wen I use 3g connection. I have tried by deleting unwanted apps and turning off WiFi, location. But it didn't help much. Kindly advice!!

Use cleaner master it help you to cool your cpu

Actually that cleaner did help me much, had a chat with Motorola help service and they recommend to uninstall it.
