3g coverage sucks

The vibrant is my first phone on tmobile and probably my last. I drove to Saratoga Springs in NY this week. On my vibrant I get no data at the house and barely modem quality speeds in the town. It's clear tmobile data is nonexistent away from major cities. I drove from Minneapolis to here and can't believe how bad the data coverage on tmobile is. Thankfully I brought my hero along and can use that phone anywhere.

Depends on where you are, here in CT I can travel on back roads and have E except for the 1/4 mile where there is no coverage between the City of Waterbury to the city of New Haven, and that also covers the longer route taking the interstate too

I use google voice to make all voice calls and that requires a decent data connection. I haven't been giving people my new number since I was planning on moving my current number from sprint.

Went from Houston to Florida last week and never had 3G once I passed Baton Rouge.

Yeah I got one two weeks ago sent it back the day after I got it. Had no 3g coverage and were their map said I would get it I didn't. Its 2010 I have sprint 4g in my area to have no 3g is a deal breaker for me
