3G/LTE Release Dates

Does it make sense for Samsung to release a 3G and LTE versions of this device? It doesn't really make much sense to me as the "new" thing is 4G LTE and without it, you're in the dust. I am reading up about this phone and it just doesn't really make sense to me. Why would one do something like this, especially if this is the most highly anticipated Android release this year?

because it is an in between time where some carriers are just rolling out 4G and you have to have the 4G to get the Verizon customers....

Everyone doesn't care about if your phone loads pages less then a second. And 4g is not everywhere. 3g is fast enough for everyday use

Because your is 3g by default when your phone cant pick up 4G lol
