3G problems..

So I can't seem to get my head around it. Virgin mobile has done a ton of resets, and I still can't get 3G but my area has it. I don't think the rest of my family does either. This is sort of upsetting cause the 1X is really slow. How should I handle this cause its been happening even when I was on my optimus v.

If it is happening regardless of which phone you are using, it is probably a network issue (you can't fix it).

you probably have bad network coverage in your area. VMusa wont tell you this becuase theyd like to keep you as a customer.

best idea is to find what carrier serves your particular area best and go with them.

I just don't get it cause even on there site you can see a lot of my city should be covered in 3G. Pretty disappointing if they're lying about it.
