I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this but hoping I'd get an answer anyway. My girlfriend recently bought me a 3Q tablet, model number 3q rc1019g, and have had problems with the screen. There were times when the screen would have lines across it while starting up, I returned it to the shop and they accepted that there was a fault, apart from the lines I noticed that the screen would wash out (turn white) when looking at it tilted away from you and would turn purple when tilted towards you. I thought that this may be another fault but when I spoke to the guys at the shop reference this issue they opened up two new tablets, both having the same issue, my question is could this be a faulty batch or is it just a poor quality screen? Thanks very much in advance for any help you may be able to provide.

It's hard to say if it's just a bad batch, or poor display quality. I'd say its likely the display quality, since it's a little unusual to have more than one device experiencing the same hardware problems at the same store.

If it bothers you to have this issue, which it seems like it may, then I would suggest a refund and possibly look into another device.

Thanks, they have no issue replacing it with another tablet, just didn't want to accept it without exploring whether or not anyone else had encountered similar problems. I have a video of it but can't post the link till I've reached 10 posts.
