3T camera focus issue

My camera has a tough time focussing on shots for my baby. All pics come out blurry unless my baby is completely still, which is very rare.

My earlier Nexus 6 didn't have this issue nor do my wife's iphone 6.

3T is running the March update. Has anyone faced this issue and know of any resolution?

Sorry for the basic question, but we should get this out of the way -- is there a protective plastic film over the camera glass? Or is the camera glass dirty/greasy?

This same issue made me give up on OP3.

Nope. No film over the lens and its not greasy.

All other photos are fine other than the one which requires a faster shutter speed.

Installed Google camera and now pics are fine.
