4.2.2+New Touchwiz

Hi all,
This has probably been addressed already, but I noticed that the galaxy note 8.0 ROM has been leaked today. It does not show many of the features from the new line of galaxy devices, which worries me I am eyeing apps like s translator and optical reader, and also the camera app!!
Anyone know why the update has been taking a while? Maybe it has something to do with the delayed s3 and note 2 updates?

Just read here on Android Central that Samsung is globally skipping the 4.2.2 release for the Note II and will update to 4.3 when released. I'm hoping this will apply to the Note 10.1 as well, but no direct evidence of that yet.

One thing is for sure, I will get 4.3 on my Nexus 7 before it ever comes to my Samsung devices.
