4.2.2 Update and duplicate icons

Hi All,

I have a HTC One and recently got the OTA update for Jellybean. On the bar at the bottom i have Phone, Messages, Email and camera but then when i go to my apps i have the same icons again. Seems a little pointless and it's wasting 4 spaces for other apps in the folders.

Any ideas how to remove the duplicates and just have them on the bar at the bottom?

The bar at the bottom is a quick launch bar with references to the installed apps on the app screen. You can remove them from the bar, but not the screen without uninstalling them.
