4.3 Update: Unlock Music Automatically setting?

Anyone know what the new "Unlock Music Automatically" setting does in the Security settings panel? I've checked and unchecked and don't see any different on the lock screen.

That option is for the stock Sense "Music" application only, it doesn't seem to work with third party music apps unfortunately.
