4.3 won't load

Got the ota update it will download, then when restarts shows Android guy with bar at bottom of screen, then goes to a screen with Android guy with red exclamation point and just reboots phone. Any suggestions?

Are you rooted, or have you made any mods to your phone?

Can you boot into recovery or download mode? If you can get into recovery, you could try flashing the OTA file from XDA:

If you can get into download mode, you could install Kies (make sure you have the latest version) on your PC, and try to update that way.

That'll probably keep the OTA from working. TheOTA expects completely stock system files.

Can you boot normally at all?

Not sure what you mean by boot normally. Sorry to sound like a fool but not very tech savy, took me a while to do the shutter sound mod.

Because you did the shutter sound mod, you have modified a system file. Therefore not 100% stock. The update is not working because of the mod.

By boot normally I mean will the phone power up so you can use it normally, or are you stuck in a boot loop of some kind, and unable to use the phone at all.

I'm not positive, but doing a factory reset will probably eliminate the sound mod, and allow you to apply the OTA.
