4.4.2 Maxx HD doesn't have touchless control option. Why?

Hi,
I'm trying to figure out why there is no touchless control option on my Razr Maxx HD. I have 4.4.2. Shouldn't it automatically be on the settings screen, or am I missing something? Any help is appreciated.

Droid razor maxx hd is a 2012 Motorola phone. Therefore no x8 computing system therefore no dedicated coprocessor therefore no touchless control.
