4% Battrty drop while on charger

Tthis morning I woke up an decided to read my newspaper on my Tbolt while still attached to my charger. While I was reading it I experienced a dreaded reboot. When my phone got done cycling it was @ 96%. It was @ 100% and dropped 4% just from the reboot. Not usually an odd thing excepted it was still plugged in. How can I loose charge when my phone is still on the charger? (I am using the wall charger that came with my phone)

As you could read from the 100 other battery threads and stickies on top when you hit 100 percent the battery stops charing its just the way it works because while charging it takes part on the overall battery life. So if it allowed it to non-stop charge when plugged in people would wear out battery in a few months. So to prevent this is stops even though you see charging icon and remember when you reboot it takes a LOT of memory / power to boot up the OS and all your apps from memory ect. 4-6 percent is typical and the stock battery icon / widget is very iffy and not accurate.
