What current android phone takes the least-processed photos?

I don't mean RAW, I mean which ones by default do minimal processing and still look great? Pixel seems to do so much background work, I'm curious what else there is. I had previously considered Xperia but wasn't due for an upgrade yet.

I would focus more on a phone with the camera hardware you want because there are usually ways to turn all the excessive post processing off, especially if you switch to manual mode shooting. Or you could get a third party app if need be, which wouldn't be tied to the stock photo app processing.
