4 floating icons on my s8

I have 4 icons ( a mic , search , volume, and I think a location button ) on the right side of my screen they do nothing when clicked on and won't go away I even factory reset my phone . They won't even let me screen shot them ! How do you get rid of these please help

Have you tried click and hold then remove like a standard widget?

So weird that you can't even take a screenshot! Have you already tried safe mode? Do you have the assistant menu enabled in the accessibility settings?

Also, do you get those icons only on your home screen or even when you open an app?
