40% of battery consumer by Android System

​Can someone kindly tell me if the top 5-10 packages can be disabled on package disabler pro? The SeempJService has used 14% of my battery, Don't even know what that is. Not sure if these are safe to disable so anyone's input is greatly appreciated.

My battery stats suck, a little over an hour of SOT and I am down to 46% battery because of the Android System usage.

Just clear system cache via the recovery menu.
